Some Colorado State athletics boosters, it seems, need to decide whether they're CSU fans or Sonny Lubick fans.

Anger about the ouster of Lubick, the long-successful and much-admired Rams football coach, is understandable. But folks up there need to get over it, fast, and understand the situation CSU athletics director Paul Kowalczyk was in.

The ony thing dwindling faster than football victories was football attendance.  Lubick, a fine coach and by all accounts a wonderful guy, had to go.

One CSU booster is wondering where the school's going to get the money to buy out Lubick's contract.

Instead of wondering, maybe he should be offering to help with that.

Isn't that what boosters do?
