Osuna Light Runners Are Police Problem
NEEDING HELP AT OSUNA AND JEFFERSON: Ash McCauley asks via e-mail "if the city has any plans to do something about the Osuna/Jefferson intersection. Every day on my way to work in the morning and returning from lunch I go westbound on Osuna, and whenever the light at Jefferson turns green, I can't go because an average of two to four cars run the turn-left arrow from eastbound Osuna to northbound Jefferson. It's so common it seems like everyone knows to wait and it's an accepted practice.
