Mostly Dry, Warmer Weather Remains in Forecast

By The Associated Press/
The Associated Press
New Mexico will have dry, warmer weather Saturday, the National Weather Service said.
Chances for rain, thunderstorms and high-country snowfall will increase Sunday afternoon through Monday night across the southeast.
Strong wind battered New Mexico Thursday, but subsided overnight.
A few clouds drifted across the northeast and far east-central sections of the state before daybreak Friday.
Low temperatures before sunrise ranged from the mid-teens and low 30s over the north to the upper 30s and low 50s across the south.
High temperatures Thursday ranged from 41 degrees at Angel Fire to 88 degrees at Carlsbad.
