Tranquil Weather Could Return Sunday

Associated Press
Scattered rain and snow will fall over northern New Mexico through Friday night, the National Weather Service said.
The showers will move out of the state Saturday.
The state will have warmer, relatively tranquil weather Sunday through Wednesday.
Scattered rain and snow fell over parts of the state Wednesday evening through early this morning as an upper-level trough of low pressure passed over the state.
The northern mountains received 1-3 inches of snow.
Wind speeds were increasing across the state before daybreak today.
Low temperatures before dawn ranged from the low 20s over the northern and west-central mountains to the 50s across the southeast.
