Kailee Undergoes Bone Marrow Transplant The Associated Press
An 8-year-old Albuquerque girl with a life-threatening blood disease has undergone a bone marrow transplant two years after being diagnosed, her parents say.

Two children venture onto the play area for kids aged 2 to 5 at Manzano Mesa Multigenerational Center near Eubank and Central SE in Albuquerque on Tuesday. The children got into the play area through a broken gate. The playground and parking lot were finished in August but have been fenced off from the public. City officials say the area can't be used until nearby soccer fields are completedand that could be months from now.
