Snow blanketed Webber Street in the south Capitol area of Santa Fe on Wednesday, as it did much of northeastern and southwestern New Mexico. National Weather Service forecasters say the storm will move out of the state today.

  A 3-year-old Otero County boy with chronic health conditions died of complications from swine flu in mid-January, the New Mexico Department of Health said Wednesday.
