Commission Asks NM Supreme Court To Remove Magistrate

  SANTA FE — A New Mexico panel that oversees the conduct of judges wants the state Supreme Court to remove a Rio Arriba County magistrate from office. The Judicial Standards Commission says Tommy Rodella should be permanently removed because of misconduct when he was a candidate for the office and once he was on the bench.
