      A prosecutor's misconduct at trial was so severe that a man once convicted in an Albuquerque murder cannot be retried, the New Mexico Supreme Court has ruled.

      August 3 story: BUEYEROS -- They came to pray for rain and wound up getting soaked. Once a year, a few hundred faithful show up here at the base of a butte that looks a lot like a giant loaf of cinnamon swirl bread.
