    Nonlethal Tactics Blamed in Standoff Death

    Tear gas, pepper spray, batons, Taser, dog and more used to subdue man. A man killed during a SWAT standoff with Albuquerque police in March died from a barrage of normally nonlethal tactics, according to an autopsy obtained by the Journal.
