    Two More Pleas in Courthouse Case

      Two more defendants in the Metropolitan Courthouse construction scandal entered guilty pleas today. Engineer Raul Parra pleaded guilty to conspiracy and mail fraud while Sandra Martinez, wife of former court administrator Toby Martinez, pleaded guilty to knowing about the scam but failing to report it.
