    Aragon Cuts Deal

      Former State Sen. Manny Aragon pleaded guilty Wednesday morning to conspiracy and mail fraud in the Metro Courthouse scandal.
    The plea deal, in which Aragon admitted to one count of conspiracy and two counts of mail fraud, means he could face 67 months in federal prison. No sentencing date has been set.

    Mountains Get Early Dusting

    Three Inches Fall On Sandias, Raton Pass. Record low temperatures and a scattering of snow ushered in an autumnal chill around the state Tuesday. Sandia Crest had one of the highest reported snowfalls in the state with 3 inches, National Weather Service meteorologist Jennifer Palucki said.
