Developmental Disability Doesn't Hold Rio Rancho Student BackBy Joline Gutierrez Krueger/ Journal Staff Writer The blow-up tunnel on the south end of Milne Stadium rumbles with the raw-meat energy of the Rio Rancho High Rams varsity football team, the players raring to take the field, take no prisoners, take it all. Finally, they explode with a roar from the tunnel into the Friday night lights and the gaggle of shiny, screaming cheerleaders.
