ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Emmy Award-winning actor Bryan Cranston announced the second annual Isotopes’ Celebrity Softball Game, benefiting Wounded Warriors and Disabled American Veterans.
Cranston appeared at Isotopes Park to announce the game while on break from filming his show, “Breaking Bad.”
Cranston sayd he will lead a team of celebrities against a team made up of Wounded Warriors, which consists of veterans who have lost limbs in service to their country.
The celebrity softball game will start at 5:30 p.m. May 19 and be followed by the regularly-scheduled Isotopes game against the Sacramento River Cats at 7:05 p.m. Isotopes Park gates will open at 4:30 p.m. on that day.
In addition to a few of Cranston’s cast-mates on “Breaking Bad,” actor Lou Diamond Phillips from the movies “La Bamba,” “Young Guns,” and “Courage Under Fire” is one of many celebrities who are scheduled to participate in the game.
