ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — An Air Force spokeswoman said Sunday night that Devin P. Kelley received a bad-conduct discharge from the Air Force for allegedly assaulting his spouse and child, and was sentenced to 12 months’ confinement after a 2012 court-martial. Kelley served in Logistics Readiness at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico from 2010 until his discharge, spokeswoman Ann Stefanek said.
New Mexico court records show that in October 2012, divorce documents were filed in Otero County against a Devin Kelley by his then-wife. The couple list a Holloman AFB address and said that they married in April 2011. The documents say they have no children together, but there was a child living in their home and the wife was receiving child support.
In one of the documents in the divorce file, the wife is asked to list her husband’s employer. “USAF Holloman, AFB,” she wrote, and beside it “spouse in jail.”
