Jason Isbell is coming to Albuquerque.
The Grammy winner and his mighty band The 400 Unit have announced its spring tour dates.
Isbell and the band will perform at Popejoy Hall on April 25. Tickets have yet to go on sale. There is also an El Paso date for the tour.
The band is touring in support of its album, “The Nashville Sound.”
The legendary Richard Thompson has been slated to open most of the new dates.
“The Nashville Sound” is the follow up to 2015’s critically acclaimed “Something More Than Free,” which won Grammy Awards for Best Americana Album and Best American Roots Song (“24 Frames”).
The album is up for two Grammy Awards this year.
