ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — TriCore Reference Laboratories has hired a new chief financial officer.
Renee Ennis will take over on April 23 from Kent Gordon, who will be leaving “to pursue new opportunities,” according to a news release from the company.
Ennis served as TriCore’s CFO for 10 years before moving to Presbyterian Healthcare Services, where she is a vice president and CFO.
She becomes the second new top executive at the company this year. TriCore earlier this month named Dr. Michael Crossey as CEO and CMO after the departure of Khosrow Shotorbani late last year.
TriCore is a not-for-profit organization co-sponsored by Presbyterian Healthcare Services and University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center. Its core labs perform about 10.5 million clinical tests a year, and the company has 30 patient care sites throughout the state. TriCore employs about 1,300 people in New Mexico.
