Faculty and student leaders from the University of New Mexico will host a Democratic gubernatorial forum at 5 p.m. Friday, May 4, at UNM’s Woodward Hall.
Candidates Jeff Apodaca and Joseph Cervantes are slated to take part, but Michelle Lujan Grisham is unable to attend.
Audience members will have an opportunity to ask questions and meet the candidates. Doors open at 4:30 p.m.
The organizers plan to host a similar event this fall featuring the eventual winner of the Democratic primary, the Republican nominee and any other candidate polling above 10 percent.
