ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Police believe a man found dead in northwest Albuquerque in late April was actually killed in 2017.
Albuquerque police spokesman Gilbert Gallegos said officers discovered the body of 46-year-old Juan Cedeno, near 122nd and West Central, on April 24.
He said Cedeno was killed in 2017 but will count toward 2018 homicide numbers, putting the current total at 32.
Gallegos said Cedeno’s death is under investigation. He didn’t say how the man died, how he was found, if police have any suspects or provide any other details.
