Registration open for UNM data conference

The annual Data Users Conference hosted by the University of New Mexico’s Bureau of Business and Economic Research will be Nov. 15 at the CNM Workforce Training Center.

The conference is aimed at both beginning and professional data users in the state and surrounding areas and can be valuable for private businesses, government agencies, service organizations and information providers, according to BBER.

Among the presentations will be news from the U.S. Census Bureau on 2020 preparations; new Census data tools; the economic Census; and New Mexico population estimates and projections.

Bureau Director Jeffrey Mitchell will review of New Mexico’s recent economic performance and offer a short-term economic outlook over lunch.

More information and registration is available here.
