Albuquerque Journal recognizes Top CEOs in New Mexico
Albuquerque, NM — On Monday, August 26, the Albuquerque Journal will honor more than 40 New Mexico CEOs inside a special pullout edition of the Journal’s Business Outlook section. The Journal’s inaugural Top CEOs section was created with one goal in mind — to celebrate leaders who positively affect the business community in the metro area and throughout the state.
“We are proud to celebrate these extraordinary business executives in New Mexico,” said Journal Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer Cecilia Uebel. “They are the epitomes of great and honorable business leaders.”
In this edition, Albuquerque Journal will report on the role of CEOs.
Winners were selected based on the most nominations in each category submitted by Albuquerque Journal readers. Businesswomen were selected based on the most nominations by the public in each category over a month-long voting period. Criteria for nominations required Journal readers to remark on businesswomen who provide encouragement, develop confidence and build strengths, all while achieving their business and company goals.
The special Business Outlook Women in Business special section is available online at abqjournal.com starting Monday, August 26.
“These men and women demonstrate true leadership,” Uebel said. “Some of the winners are at the helm of large companies, and some are leaders of smaller, family-owned companies. They all are highly credible, honest and insightful. They not only oversee their respective companies, but also take care of employees and consumers.”
