DETROIT — In a story published on Sept. 11 about a General Motors recall of SUVs and pickup trucks, The Associated Press relied on incorrect information in a government document and reported erroneously which trucks were included. The only pickups covered by the recall are GMC Sierra and Chevrolet Silverado 1500 light-duty trucks, not the Sierra and Silverado 2500 and 3500 heavy-duty pickup trucks.
