Sports Speak Up: On the NBA, China, the Dodgers and NCAA

WHAT A BUNCH of fakes in the NBA. Quick to comment on their perceptions of social injustice in the US, they become very silent when asked to comment on the social injustices in China. Too much money to lose. Crickets…

WILL COLLEGE SPORTS booster money now go to player endorsement money?

I’M SO UPSET about the Dodgers’ loss I could chew nails! The players didn’t lose, they’re great, the manager did by misplaying the bullpen. When the score was 3-2 Dodgers, Roberts should have brought in Maeda for 3 or 4 innings. He should not have brought in Kershaw at all who has been struggling. He put him in a position that he shouldn’t have been in; now he’ll blame himself forever. He left Kelly in too long too. I realize that their big-moneyed, Jansen cannot be trusted, but he should have relieved Kelly. Fire Roberts!

I WOULD LIKE to know more about the reasons senior safety Patrick Peek told coach Davie he wants to redshirt this year. I thought those kind of decisions were up to the coach and not the player. The Lobos are thin in the defensive backfield, and need all the help they can get. Unless a player is compromised by a lingering injury, I would think he’d want to be on the field to help his team.
