APD: Alameda closed after fatal crash

Albuquerque police say Alameda is closed near Jefferson following a fatal wreck Sunday night.

In a post on Twitter late Sunday, the Albuquerque Police Department said that officers were headed to a crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle.

“Eastbound and Westbound Alameda at Balloon Museum shut down due to fatal accident,” the department tweeted minutes later.
