ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — There are plenty of ways to show your love this Valentine’s Day with fun food events and dinners. Here are a few that we found happening in the area on Friday, Feb. 14, through Sunday, Feb. 16.

VALENTINE’S DAY DONUT AND BEER PAIRING: Rebel Donut and Boxing Bear Brewing Company have joined forces to make your Valentine’s Day a little sweeter. Head to either of Boxing Bear’s locations at 10200 Corrales Road NW or 1710 Central SW for a flight of five, 4-ounce beers and five mini-doughnuts for $25 per person. CHOCOLATE LOVERS AFTERNOON TEA: Fall into chocolate bliss on Sunday, Feb. 16 at The Fragrant Leaf tea shop, 3207 Silver SE. The three-course afternoon tea will have seatings at 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. The menu will feature mozzarella strawberry salad with chocolate vinaigrette, chicken cordon bleu tea sandwich, red velvet scone with mascarpone cream, strawberry cheesecake mousse, white chocolate apricot butter cookie, chocolate mascarpone tart, classic Keemun black tea, amber pearl oolong tea and more. VALENTINE’S DAY DINNER AT LEVEL 5: A romantic evening awaits on Feb. 14, at LEVEL 5 at Hotel Chaco, 2000 Bellamah NW. The three-course dinner begins at 4:30 p.m. with goat cheese, roasted beets, white chocolate, pistachio, chives, and infused oil paired with Bodegas Naveran Cava Brut. It is followed with a chicken breast ballottine filled with lobster mousse accompanied by Clos Du Bois Chardonnay. The dinner ends with a fresh raspberry and lemon pavlova complemented by Lange Twins Moscato. The prix fixe menu is $52 per person without wine and $75 with wine pairings. VALENTINE’S DAY DINNER FOR TWO: Celebrate love with a special dinner for two at Rock & Brews, 4800 Montgomery NE, beginning at 4 p.m. Feb. 14. The menu will feature a dinner salad, choice of entree of either sirloin, chicken or salmon as well as a choice of two sides to include a baked potato, vegetables, rice, or French fries. A “Rain Drops” dessert will end the meal. The dinner is $49.95 and includes one alcoholic beverage per person. VALENTINE’S DAY DINNER AT THE BISTRO: Wine and dine with your sweetheart at an exclusive four-course dinner starting at 5 p.m. Feb. 14, at D.H. Lescombes Winery & Bistro, 901 Rio Grande NW. The dinner will feature a choice of prosciutto wrapped shrimp or baked brie to share followed by either tomato bisque or endive salad. The main entree selections are filet mignon with Burgundy sauce or sea scallops with a roasted red pepper puree. VALENTINE’S DAY TREATS AT SEASONS 52: Get a jump start on Valentine’s Day celebrations at Seasons 52. The restaurant, located at 6600 Menaul NE, began providing offers earlier this week on Monday, Feb. 10. The offers continue on Wednesday, Feb. 12, with a delectable dessert named Red Velvet Raspberry Rose Mini Indulgence. On Thursday, Feb. 13, enjoy a Valentine pairing for two. Dinner includes two filet mignon and Maine lobster tail entrées, caramelized grilled sea scallops to share and two 6 ounce glasses of Vanderpump Dry Rosé for $99. Couples who get engaged at Seasons 52 on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, will be celebrated with a complimentary toast at their table every time they dine for a year. The entree selections include lobster tail with chorizo risotto and a Tomahawk pork chop with black beans, wild mushrooms and crispy shallots.
