ABQ courthouse closed after workers test positive for COVID-19

The Bernalillo County Courthouse in Downtown Albuquerque.

The 2nd Judicial District Court in Albuquerque will be closed today and Friday for cleaning after another court employee tested positive for COVID-19.

Three court employees have tested positive for the disease in the last week.

Last Friday two other employees tested positive after taking part in voluntary employee testing. None of the employees showed any symptoms, a Thursday news release says.

Any court filings that can’t be filed electronically can be filed at the Juvenile Justice Center at 5100 Second NW.
