Lobos looking to grab a slice of Dion’s pizza between classes are in luck come this Fall.

Dion’s is opening a new location inside the Student Union Building at the University of New Mexico’s.

This will be the first Dion’s location on a university campus, according to Dion’s spokeswoman Laura Rasmussen.

“Dion’s is excited to become part of the campus, and we look forward to serving the UNM community,” said CEO Mark Herman said in a news release.

While pizza is the main menu item, several items like sub sandwiches will not be available for regular orders, Rasmussen said.

However, full menu and catering options will be available for meetings and events.

Unique to the location, Dion’s will offer a lunch deal called the “Lobo Pack” which includes two slices of pizza, a drink and ranch for around $7.

The new location is taking over a space previously occupied by π (pi) and Wise Pies.
