A 157-unit multi-family apartment complex planned in Albuquerque is slated to break ground in early 2021, Titan Development announced Friday. The new development, known as Allaso Journal Center, will be built near the intersection of Interstate-25 and Paseo del Norte. Once completed, the project will become the first multifamily development in Journal Center, according to a news release from Titan.

The development will include resort-style pools, fitness centers, clubhouses and putting greens, the release said. The site also includes park-like landscaping around the perimeter and cultivated outdoor spaces.

Allaso Journal Center is expected to break ground in the first quarter of 2021, according to the release. The project is designed by Office ORB Architecture.

Journal Center Corp. and Journal Publishing Co. are both subsidiaries of Journal Enterprises Inc.
