Pedestrian killed in crash north of Downtown

Albuquerque Police Department officers are investigating after a pedestrian was killed in a crash at 4th and Griegos NW.

Officer Daren DeAguero, an APD spokesman, said the pedestrian was mortally wounded and died at the scene. He did not provide any other information about how the crash occurred or whether the driver was at fault.

“The intersection is closed as the scene is being  investigated,” DeAguero said.
