UNM men’s golf swings back into action Monday

After 328 days since their last competition, the New Mexico Lobos men’s golf team gets back in action Monday at the Arizona Intercollegiate in Tucson.

The team announced its revamped 2021 spring schedule on Saturday, including Monday‘s event hosted by the University of Arizona.

Live stats of the tournament are available online (links available at GoLobos.com).

For the spring season, the Lobos return seven players from a 2019-20 team that had five top-five finishes. Included in the returning players are junior Sam Choi, who had announced he would leave to play professionally then due to COVID-19 decided to stay in school another year, and 2019 Mountain West individual champion Galven Green.

UNM has eight events scheduled from Monday‘s start to the May 1-2 Mountain West Tournament.
