ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — One man was killed and another victim was mortally wounded in a shooting Saturday night in Northeast Albuquerque.
Gilbert Gallegos, an Albuquerque police spokesman, said the shooting happened sometimes before 10 p.m. in the area of Eubank and Interstate 40.
“Responding Officers located a deceased male subject on the overpass of Eubank and Interstate 40,” he said. “A second individual was transported to the hospital, but later died as a result of their wounds.”
Gallegos said homicide detectives were conducting interviews and canvassing the area. He gave no other details.
