Top Workplaces: Construction firm is No. 3 midsize workplace

Description: Privately owned Bradbury Stamm is a full-service construction manager and general contractor that was founded in 1923. The company, which employs 155 people at its four New Mexico locations, has been ranked among New Mexico’s Top Workplaces eight times.

From the Organization: “We are proud to not follow the industry in expecting long hours from our associates, and provide flexibility as much as possible,” company leaders wrote. “We define ourselves as a family friendly company (many of our associates are multi-generational members of Bradbury Stamm) and work to encourage family pride in Bradbury Stamm. … Bradbury Stamm employs a diverse spectrum of key individuals from field laborers and skilled carpenters, to office staff with advanced degrees. Working throughout the state requires a breadth of geographical locations, providing a unique environment to uphold the company culture of a flat ‘one company’ philosophy.”
