On Wednesday, the EmmyAward-winning actor tweeted a picture of himself on the set of the final season of “Better Call Saul.”
Odenkirk wrote, “Back to work on Better Call Saul! So happy to be here and living this specific life surrounded by such good people.”
He gave a shout out to make-up artist Cheri Montesanto in the tweet saying, “BTW this is makeup pro Cheri Montesanto making me not ugly for shooting!”
Odenkirk is returning to work six weeks after suffering a mild heart attack while filming in Albuquerque on July 27.
“Better Call Saul” is a “Breaking Bad” prequel, focusing on the evolution of Saul Goodman before he became Walter White’s lawyer.
The final season of “Better Call Saul” is expected to air on AMC in 2022.
