Amber Alert cancelled after boy found safe in southern NM

Authorities say a 4-year-old has been found after he was allegedly taken by his mother Tuesday afternoon from a daycare in Chaparral, NM.

New Mexico State Police officer Dusty Francisco said Izrael Martinez was found safe.

An Amber Alert was issued for Martinez after he was taken from Dinosaurs Home Daycare by his mother Renee Garcia, 40.
