In celebration of Canyon Road’s decades-rich live art scene, dozens of artists working in every imaginable media will provide an unprecedented view of their creative processes at the Ninth Annual Canyon Road Spring Art Festival from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 7.
According to organizers, galleries will present an array of new art in virtually every medium, from paintings in oil and acrylic, watercolors, drawings in pastels, charcoal, pen and ink and graphite, two-dimensional and three-dimensional mixed-media works and collages to photography and digital artworks, bronze and metal sculpture, wood working, ceramics, pottery, glass fusion and glass art, hand-crafted art jewelry, leather works and more.
Participating galleries include but are not limited to: Ahmyo River Gallery, Barbara Meikle Fine Art, Canyon Road Contemporary, Dominique Boisjoli Fine Art, GF Contemporary, Giacobbe-Fritz Fine Art, Kay Contemporary Art, Prescott Gallery, Ventana Fine Art, ViVO Contemporary and Winterowd Fine Art.
