The Board of Education,
Eunice Public Schools, is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of EUNICE PUBLIC SCHOOLS – COMPETITION GYMNASIUM.

A ‘Mandatory’ Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022 @ (2:00 PM MDST) at Eunice Public Schools; Mettie Jordan Elementary School Cafeteria Room, 1720 Avenue K,
Eunice, NM 88231.
Proposals shall be received no later than Thursday, June 16, 2022 @ (2:00 PM MDST) at the following address:

It is the responsibility of the Offeror to deliver the proposal to the appointed date, time, and location stated herein. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The Eunice Public Schools district reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and/or cancel this RFP in its entirety.
