One person in critical condition after Sunday shooting

Albuquerque police on Sunday evening were investigating a shooting that left one person in critical condition.

Rebecca Atkins, a police spokeswoman, said around 6:15 p.m. Sunday that officers were called to a reported shooting at Bataan and Coors SW. One person was found injured and taken to a local hospital in critical condition, Atkins said.

Police didn’t immediately release additional information about the shooting.
