A person was found dead Thursday afternoon outside a gas station in Northwest Albuquerque.
Rebecca Atkins, an Albuquerque police spokeswoman, said the body was discovered in the 9900 block of Avalon NW, near 98th.
She said homicide detectives are investigating but did not identify the person or say how they died.
“Details are limited at this time,” Atkins said.
