One person was discovered dead in a vehicle that rolled over and partially submerged in a ditch Friday morning near Interstate 25 and Avenida Cesar Chavez.
Officers found the vehicle while responding to a report of a crash in the area of Cesar Chavez and Langham around 10 a.m., according to Albuquerque Police Department spokesman Gilbert Gallegos.
He did not identify the person who died.
Police said it appears drugs were a factor in the wreck, though the Traffic Division investigation in ongoing.
