Police are investigating after a man with a gunshot wound died at a hospital in Northeast Albuquerque late Saturday night.
The man was dropped off around 10:30 p.m. at Kaseman Hospital, said Rebecca Atkins, a spokeswoman with the Albuquerque Police Department.
“The male did have a gunshot wound and died from his injuries shortly after,” Atkins wrote in a release.
She added detectives believe they have located the scene of the shooting and are actively investigating.
