Woman struck and killed on Louisiana

A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle on Louisiana near Montgomery on Sunday.

Gilbert Gallegos, a police spokesman, said around 7 p.m. Sunday that police were investigating the crash just south of Montgomery. A woman was struck and died at the scene.

Northbound lanes on Louisiana were closed after the wreck.

Police didn’t identify the woman or release any additional details about the crash.
