ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The summer concert season is starting to heat up for the Duke City.
After the Vans Warped Tour was announced at Isleta Amphitheater in July, there comes another big announcement.
Paramore and Fall Out Boy announced their “Monumentour” show. The tour will make a stop in Albuquerque on Aug. 7 at Isleta Amphitheater.
Opening for the two bands will be New Politics. Tickets will go on sale at livenation.com at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 14. Ticket prices are $26-$60 plus fees.
The bands will showcase their trademark brand of fiery, hard-charging rock music across the U.S. to 30 plus cities in the summer’s best venues.
With a string of Top 10 singles, platinum albums and countless sold out shows around the globe, both bands have proven that they deliver fans the absolute best live concert experience around. Shows will feature astonishing stage set-ups and well-known setlists from both groups.

Paramore is touring in support of its self-titled album which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts in the United States back in March 2013. It also peaked at No. 1 in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. Three singles have been released, “Now,” “Still Into You” and “Daydreaming”
Fall Out Boy is touring in support of its current album, “Save Rock and Roll” also debuted at No. 1 last year on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart. It’s lead-off single, “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up), hit No. 13 on the Hot 100 chart.
