ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The incoming president of Clovis Community College will be paid $145,000 a year under a five-year contract approved by the college’s board, the Clovis News Journal reported.
The newspaper said the board approved the contract for Becky Rowley during a meeting Wednesday.
Rowley, currently CCC’s executive vice president, was selected in April to replace John Neibling as the school’s president, according to the News Journal. Neibling is retiring after five years as president.
The newspaper reported that Rowley said she will assume the duties of president on July 18.
