ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — As part of the PNM Job Growth Initiative, Accion New Mexico is hosting a Feb. 10 seminar intended for small business owners and entrepreneurs who are interested in learning more about the considerations and complexities of running a family business.
During the one-hour session, Frances Salman Koenig, Ph.D., a renowned Albuquerque clinical psychologist and managing partner of the Salman Raspberry Ranch, will share her best practices for running a successful family business. Koenig’s tips will cover the good, bad, and even the ugly of a family’s entrepreneurial journey.
The session will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 10 at Accion’s regional headquarters at 2000 Zearing NW in Albuquerque’s Sawmill neighborhood. There is a $5 charge for Accion clients and their guests and a $15 charge for general community members. Reserve your spot by calling Accion at 505-243-8844 or 800-508-7624.
This seminar is made possible through support from PNM’s Job Growth Initiative, launched in June 2013. The PNM Job Growth Initiative works to support local small businesses and provide critical resources to enable business owners to expand upon and create new jobs.
