Prosecutor: Revoke driver’s probation

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A prosecutor filed a second motion Wednesday to revoke the probation of Miranda Pacheco, a woman who crashed into an auto glass shop near Indian School and Eubank in June and allegedly told police she had just shot up heroin before driving, the motion says.

Pacheco has a history of traffic arrests, one of which involved the death of a cyclist – David Anderson – along Paseo del Norte in 2010. She was convicted of careless driving in that case and spent 90 days in jail.

The motion says she violated her probation because a drug test came back positive for alcohol on July 2.
