No bully zone: Reverse Order is making the rounds in NM

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Cruise Russo spent the majority of the week in Lovington doing shows. Before he and his band, Reverse Order, made it to the Lovington, they made a quick stop in Roswell.

“We went out of our way to see it,” he says with a laugh. “We also took pictures from around there and shot some video that will be up on YouTube.”

Russo and Reverse Order have been touring schools and youth centers since last fall for its “Reverse the Trend” tour.

The band is heavily involved in a national anti-bullying campaign and shares the members’ stories about being bullied themselves.

“It’s becoming a problem,” he says.

Reverse Order got its break while on the seventh season of “America’s Got Talent.” The band will perform tonight at Santa Fe Sol. Read more about it and its tour.

Las Vegas, Nev.-based illusionist Rick Thomas will make his Duke City debut tonight at Route 66 Casino Hotel. Thomas is in year 15 of his Vegas show.
