Grand jury exonerates two deputies involved in shootings

Both shootings found justified under New Mexico law

 

Two fatal shootings by Bernalillo County deputies were justified, according to findings released Wednesday. One was the killing of Brett Rosenau by deputy Donnie Hix on Dec. 31, 2006.
