Court and jail records indicate that Bartley was booked into the Santa Fe County jail about 3 a.m. April 26 and also faces charges of careless driving and not wearing seat belts. He was released on $2,500 appearance bond.

Bartley plays deputy Ferguson, or “the Ferg,” on the crime series, set in Wyoming but filmed in Santa Fe, Las Vegas, N.M, the Valles Caldera National Preserve and other local sites. The show was on A&E for three seasons and now has a fourth season being filmed for Netflix.

John Day, Bartley’s Santa Fe attorney, said the defense is still investigating the DWI case.
