The only New Mexico resident on the national list, the 29-year-old University of New Mexico graduate is recognized for her contributions to an Albuquerque-based company that now offers its services in five states.
“Dawn’s efforts during her first 18 months at the company added 300 leads per month, resulting in 2014 revenue growth of 35 percent,” says the magazine’s profile of her.
Dreamstyle President Larry Chavez has credited Dewey with playing a critical role in the company’s expansion, particularly of its Renewal by Andersen franchise territories. Dewey prepares the business plans that need to be submitted to Andersen corporate headquarters in order to compete for franchise openings.
“You’ve got to prepare sales budgets, staffing projections, identify the competition,” Chavez said. “If you do a good job with the business plan and presentation, then you have a good shot at a new territory.”
Dreamstyle expanded its Andersen door-and-window franchise territories to San Diego in mid-2014 and, earlier this month, to Boise and the state of Idaho. The company’s remodeling service announced an expansion in its Phoenix area operation earlier this year.
