Watch for Roadblocks on U.S. 380 During Missile Tests

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Highway will be closed to traffic across missile range for several hours today, Thursday.

U.S. 380 will be closed to traffic for several hours this morning and again on Thursday across the White Sands Missile Range, the Ruidoso News reported.

Roadblocks will be put up at mile marker 3 on eastbound U.S. 380 and at mile marker 49 westbound beginning at 7 a.m. today and Thursday, the News said.

The roadblocks will be lifted around 9 a.m. to allow traffic to pass, but will be back in effect from 10 a.m. to noon on both days, according to the paper.

The closures are for missile firings on the White Sands Missile Range, the News said.
