Friday: Former Isotope Robert Andino homered and tripled in a 4-for-5 performance as New Orleans drubbed host Albuquerque 8-1. 1B Ben Paulsen had three hits, and his fourth-inning triple drove in the lone Isotopes run. He has five hits over his last two games. LHP Harrison Musgrave took the loss in his Triple-A debut, allowing six runs in as many innings.

Transactions: The Rockies recalled RHPs Miguel Castro and Jordan Lyles from Albuquerque and optioned RHP Scott Oberg to the Isotopes. Also, Musgrave was called up and made his Triple-A debut Friday for the Isotopes. The southpaw was 5-1 – the most wins by any Rockies farmhand – with a 1.76 ERA (8 ER/40.1 IP) with the Double-A Hartford Yard Goats.

This and that: Albuquerque pinch hitters went 0-for-2 Friday and are 2-for-22 (.091) for the season.
